RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Work is typically performed under no supervision, with only guidance about overall goals and objectives. Usually receive minimal to no guidance about how to complete work objectives. Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short-term and long-term goals of the department. Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate in to overall work objectives.
  • Leads and/or participates in the design, planning, installation, testing, implementation and support of new hardware and software as well as evaluation and recommendation of current and potential vendors.
  • Provides leadership and/or liaison for design efforts within specificbusiness domains, to include best practices, business alignment andrequirements for supporting infrastructure.
  • Responds to escalated Service Desk referrals of end-user requests forhelp solving PC/MAC hardware, software, peripheral or productionequipment related problems or issues.
  • Prioritizes problems based on severity, urgency and impact to thebusiness; tracks all outstanding incidents until successful resolution.
  • Works with enterprise support groups and outside vendors to resolveproblems or issues.
  • Coordinates through the change management process to move, install,upgrade, remove and configure site IT assets and supportinginfrastructure.
  • Maintains the asset management system (additions/changes/deletions)for accurate tracking of all IT assets within the site(s).
  • Supports and conducts routine audits of site IT assets and processes to ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with Governmental regulations and policies.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

  • You must be proficient with Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2. Ability to set up a server from unpacking it from the manufacturer to installation of Active Directory, DNS, and other services.
  • Able to apply broad work experience and knowledge when analyzing complex problems. Must be able consistently identify critical elements, variables, and alternatives to develop solutions. Must be able toorganize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information,as needed, to implement the most effective solutions. Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems. Able to apply excellent business acumenand collaborative skills when resolving problems.
  • Able to apply excellent functional computer knowledge in utilizingMicrosoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completingassignments. Able to apply expertise in all the tools or applications used to complete work assignments. Able to mentor junior level teammembers in the use of tools and/or systems in the position.
  • Requires excellent communication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand. Able to explain programs policies and procedures in language that is understood by others.
  • Position is NOT remote. 
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: 
  • 5-7 years of applicable and proven work experience combined with industry approved Certifications OR Bachelor’s degree in related Information Technology field. 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 
  • Work is performed in a casual, friendly, professional environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger 
Accounts Payable 
Accounts Receivable 
Collections 
Payroll 
Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, and use taxes 
Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash accounts 
Collect information as needed for the annual audit 
Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing 
system 
Monitor cash levels 
Provide financial oversight of Workers Comp and Medical Insurance 
 
COMPETENCIES: 
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks REQUIRED (desktop and online 
versions) 
Experience working with S-Corps 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel 
Self-starter who can work independently with little or no supervision 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to prioritize time and tasks, and to successfully meet deadlines 
Self-reliant, highly organized, self-starter who enjoys responsibility and 
accountability 
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with 
owners, co-workers, clients, partners, and vendors. 
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: 
Minimum of an Associate Degree/Certification required, preferably in 
accounting or finance. 
Previous work experience as a full charge bookkeeper 
 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 
Work is performed in a casual, friendly, professional environment. 
Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, 
copier, and other business-related machines and software.
